Your order should be delivered to you within 4-6 Working Days and at the latest within one week (delay by duplicate order possible). Please note that the delivery time may increase depending on the items selected and destination address. For example, items which are in high demand may need to be on-ordered from our supplier which will automatically extend the delivery date. Additionally, deliveries to Northern Ireland may take an additional day to arrive.
Within your order confirmation you will have received an Order Number. You can use this to log in to our 
portal to check how far your order has been progressed.
If you see that the order has already been shipped, you will find another email in your inbox with the tracking number for your package, which you can use at the respective website of our shipping partner
to track every step of the delivery. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, you can always contact customer service and we will check the current status of your shipment. Please also check your spam filter settings / spam folder, as our shipping confirmation may have landed in there.

For returns, please use our Returns Portal. There you can select the items which do not fit you or do not satisfy you, and can confirm their return. We ask you to return the goods to us completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. It is important that the Return Overview sheet is enclosed with the return parcel. Our return address will also be displayed upon successful lodgement of the return.

Please note: If you return several items, it may be possible that not all items are recorded and processed at the same time. These returns are not lost, but will be processed separately. You can call us Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 18:00pm on +494131-9277880 , or you can use our Online Query Form. To do this, click here to create a new query. Fill out the form and click send. Our Customer Service Team will receive your query and respond to you as soon as possible. 

We are not available on weekends and holidays. 

As long as your order has not yet left our Logistics Centre, you can edit it easily via our online portal. You'll know if this is possible as a shipping confirmation email is sent upon order dispatch. Change your billing or delivery address, cancel items - you can do all of this directly in the Customer Portal.

The cancellation or edit won't work? Then please contact our Customer Service Team via our 
contact form. Our team can also update addresses or perform cancellations on your behalf.
