Your order should be delivered to you within 4-6 Working Days and at the latest within one week (delay by duplicate order possible). Please note that the delivery time may increase depending on the items selected and destination address. For example, items which are in high demand may need to be on-ordered from our supplier which will automatically extend the delivery date. Additionally, deliveries to Northern Ireland may take an additional day to arrive.
Within your order confirmation you will have received an Order Number. You can use this to log in to our portal to check how far your order has been progressed.
If you see that the order has already been shipped, you will find another email in your inbox with the tracking number for your package, which you can enter into the tracking website of our shipping partners to track every step of the delivery. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, you can always contact customer service and we will check the current status of your shipment. Please also check your spam filter settings / spam folder, as our shipping confirmation may have landed in there.
You can have your order delivered to a different address if you enter this when placing your order. Unfortunately UPS (our courier service), does not offer delivery to a PO Box address.
