Are you not fully satisfied with a party decoration you ordered from us, is a costume too big, or have you simply changed your mind?
No problem! You can organise a return for any order items that you’d like to return to us and obtain a refund for them within 14 days of receiving the order. Simply click on the link to our Returns Portal to get started. Please note that any return postage costs are not covered by us. All returns must be posted to our company address in Germany and refunds will be processed within 1 week of the return having being received.
We do kindly ask for you to return any unwanted goods to us in full and in their original packaging i.e. in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that opened and hygiene items such as Contact Lenses and Make-Up are excluded from a return.
Important:
- All returned goods must be in their original condition
- We will not accept a return of any used or worn goods
- The return of any hygiene items is not permitted once the packaging has been opened
- Please note that all Returns must be lodged via our Returns Portal.

FAQ regarding Returns
For returns, please use our Returns Portal. There you can select the items which do not fit you or do not satisfy you, and can confirm their return. We ask you to return the goods to us completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. It is important that the Return Overview sheet is enclosed with the return parcel. Our return address will also be displayed upon successful lodgement of the return.
Please note: If you return several items, it may be possible that not all items are recorded and processed at the same time. These returns are not lost, but will be processed separately. If you have any further questions regarding the return process, please feel free to contact our Customer Service Team via the contact form.

As soon as we have received your return at our Logistics Centre, you will receive confirmation by e-mail. If you have received this email, it usually takes 3-5 days for you to receive your refund. Between public holidays or during seasonal events, this may take a few days longer. We therefore ask for your understanding.
We will send the money back via the original payment method. This means that if you have paid with your credit card for example, the amount of your return will be credited to your credit card.
As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from us.
If you have not yet received a refund for your return, please contact us and let us know the tracking number of your return. Please always keep the postal receipt from UPS etc., to prevent the package from getting lost. With UPS, you can track whether your package has already arrived with us.
To check the status of your return, you can log in to our Returns Portal with your invoice number or order number and view all important information regarding your order.
If, contrary to expectations, you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately to lodge a complaint. You can do this via the Contact Form and are able to send us pictures of the goods in question, so that we can process your request faster. Our Customer Service Team will find a solution for every case and will replace your defective item free of charge in the case of a complaint.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a classic exchange service. To exchange an item, you return the item in question and order the desired item at the same time via our online shop - you place a new order.

You can use our returns portal to print a returns label and send items that don't fit or you don't like back to us within 14 days.
However, we ask that you send the goods back to us complete and in their original packaging and therefore in an unused and undamaged condition.
Shipping and return costs will not be refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Kein Problem! Du kannst alle bestellten Artikel, die du an uns zurückgeben möchtest, innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Erhalt der Bestellung zurücksenden und dir den Kaufpreis erstatten lassen. Klicke einfach auf den Link zu unserem Retourenportal, um loszulegen. Bitte beachte, dass die Portokosten für die Rücksendung nicht von uns übernommen werden. Alle Rücksendungen müssen an unsere Firmenadresse in Deutschland geschickt werden. Die Rückerstattung wird innerhalb von 1 Woche nach Erhalt der Rücksendung bearbeitet. Wir bitten dich allerdings, die Ware vollständig und originalverpackt und somit in einem ungebrauchten und unbeschädigten Zustand an uns zurückzusenden. Bitte beachte, dass geöffnete Hygieneartikel wie Kontaktlinsen oder Make-up von einer Retoure ausgeschlossen sind.
